Charges

Maintenance Services

Support packages may cover all your ICT equipment or you may choose to only include the key items (such as servers). We will cover hardware only, or also include software. We operate a sliding-scale pricing strategy, so you only need pay for the level of service you require. The service is all-inclusive, with no extra charges for call-out or travelling costs.

As all services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual Client, we cannot provide details of specific charges on this web site. Please contact us for a specific quote.

Ad-hoc Services

Alternatively you may simply call us when you have an ICT problem, where you will be charged at a competitive hourly rate. Most ICT companies charge for call out time from the moment they leave their office, which means that you are paying for their travelling time. We do not. We will only charge for the time that we are on site, meaning that you only pay for the time that we are actually working for you.

Costs

Services are charged at £55.00 (ex VAT) for the first hour, and at £45.00 (ex VAT) thereafter. Parts are charged at a competitive rate including delivery. No charges are made for travelling time and there is no call-out fee.

Telephone Support

Telephone support is provided for all our customers free of charge.
